How long does the delivery take?
Due to a high demand, the delivery time may vary depending on the type of product, but it typically takes around 14 days . Our logistics infrastructure is not yet fully developed, so we kindly ask for your patience.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
How do I check my refund?
The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if you used a credit card to pay, the refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
